Revit Villa

The Revit Villa is a small Villa project situated on a 20’ by 30’ site with Neighboring houses on both the East and West Walls of the house. With a requirement to stay around 800 sqft and stand at least 2 stories without placing all programmatic spaces on the first floor. The design required one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and living space, as well as some outdoor space. With such close neighboring structures the challenge was how does the Villa allow natural light into these spaces without allowing unwanted eyes to see what is going on inside? The creation of small slim windows throughout the project as well as a skylight over the kitchen allows natural light to enter the house as well as enhance the slender design of the Villa. All floor plans, elevations, sections and renders of this project were created using only Revit.
